Diet dan Breastfeeding

Sejak berkahwin dan memiliki 2 org anak ni, berat badan mama tika menulis n3 ni adalah 60 kg, semasa bernikah dgn abah dulu, berat adalah 49 kg, bermaksud 11 kg dah lari babe....

Ada org bila mengandung berat tidak berapa naik, after deliver dah dapat berat pre-pregnancy, but not mama, I'm the champion... average bila preggy, berat bdn mesti naik 20++kg.. yang benar makan macam nak pulun semua masa pregnant ishk...ishk..dan genetically, mamapun bukan datang dr keluarga kecik2, semua kakakku, sblm kawen bdn mcm kerengga, tp bila dh ada anak bdn semua montok2 belaka.. heheheh ampun daku kakakku...

Tp alhamdulillah after delivered iman, 84 kg before deliver and now 60 kg = 24 kg loss in a year.huhhhh... mula -mula mama mcm nak bdn jugak ubat2 diet nie mcm JDM, Herbalife but since BF, mama agak was2... So, mama nak wat apa?

Bukan ker BF boleh mudag mama get shape back..betul.. tp dgn cara yg tepat inilah mama nak buat.

Apa yg anda kurang tahu rahsia BF:

25 calories terbakar bila badan menghasilkan 1oz susu. Average badan menghasilkan 20 oz. So, Mama membakar sebanyak 500 calories/day

APa Plan Mama?

1) Mama amik nasi 1 senduk/day
2) Take less sugar
3) Take less sweet food and drinks
4) Take less oily food
5) Take wholemeal bread for breakfast
6) Take more fibre, Mama takes oat for breakfast
7) Drink a lot of water, at least 3L/day
8) Take fruits, Mama takes at least 2 apples/day
9) persuade abah sponsor gi Slimming Centre ;)

In order to ensure my milk does contain all nutrien, Mama keep taking supplement every day, to make sure I am not exhausted and keep active along the day.

p/s teringin sangat nak pakai baju masa nikah :)
